1. Acceptance

Because our services are informational and results are not guaranteed (see section 4), dissatisfaction with an outcome, a tip that does not win, or change of mind does not entitle you to a refund. If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorisation, contact us promptly through the channels we publish; we will review genuine billing errors in good faith, but this does not change our general no-refund position for delivered or available content.
